⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE the sign on the counter that says, “Life is too short… eat more tacos!”
Another great addition to the Tacos El Cuñado family!
At this point, I think I’ve visited almost every Tacos El Cuñado around West Michigan—including Wyoming, Bridge Street, Alpine, Downtown Market, and now Cedar Springs. While each location has its own personality, one thing remains consistent: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and tacos that keep me coming back.
The steak and chicken tacos were both excellent—fresh, tender, well-seasoned, and served on warm tortillas with crisp onions, cilantro, and plenty of lime. You can tell everything is prepared with care.
The restaurant itself is bright, spacious, and very clean. I also appreciated being able to see into the kitchen, which looked organized and well maintained. (You all know my philosophy… if the restaurant is clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, that’s always a great sign!)
The only difference I noticed compared to some of the other El Cuñado locations was the salsa. It wasn’t quite as bold or flavorful as my favorites, but that’s simply a matter of personal preference—not enough to take away from an otherwise delicious meal.
If you’re in the Cedar Springs area and craving authentic Mexican food, this is absolutely worth the stop. Friendly service, generous portions, fresh-made food, and another great local restaurant to support.
Five stars from me! 🌮
P.S. AGAIN… I also love the sign on the counter that says, “Life is too short… eat more tacos!” My motto!
