  My sister and I stopped in on a Saturday morning. The food was nice and hot. However, the woman who handed us our food was terribly rude to my 16 yr old sister. Giving her a nasty look, intentionally. It was quite obvious, she was like mocking my sister but with a nasty expression and then I turned around as my sister drove off and this girl deliberately rolled her eyes. Worst customer service experience I have EVER had. It absolutely disgusted me that someone could act that way in customer service. All we wanted was our tacos but got served a terrible attitude. Come on. Do better. Shoutout to the lovely lady who took our order though. Constantly calling my sister “dear” she was a sweetheart.

  All of the staff I've run into at the window have been friendly and welcoming, I've personally not had many problems with the food. Not sure what everyone else is on about.

  I was really excited when Taco Bell was coming to Carson City. It started off great. Now I am starting to dread going there. The attitude is terrible. My daughter and I wanted to get out of the house so we can stay focused. We went to the library but then got hungry. We decided to go to Taco Bell to get lunch and keep working on stuff. It seemed good at first but when they asked if we were using their wifi and my daughter said yes that's when the attitude started. You can hear them in the back talking bad about us and getting annoyed because we were still there. Several times you could hear them ask if we were still there. It wasn't busy and it was in the middle of the day. Finally after hearing all the remarks we got the hint and left. We finally went back for the first time today. We got our food but with attitude. I asked for a glass of water. The lady gave it to me but the other lady said "what you gave him a cup for water?" When my food was ready I was standing there and she looked at me and slammed my bag on the counter. Again we got the hint we weren't welcome to stay. We were only going to eat anyway but with the attitude it would have been better to just get our food and leave. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food place but just not the one in Carson City. Such a bummer.

  I personally don’t ever write reviews but I felt the need to comment on this one. It was shy of just hitting noon today there was nobody in line and my small family of 3 after a busy morning and having an eventful weekend this momma was tired. So we stopped to get a very quick meal. What we thought was just going to be quick and easy turned up into just very rude service. We were ordering the deluxe boxes ( before you were able to switch some options out ) very rudely the employee in the window ( from 2 women employees answered at the same time ) raising their voices that we cannot simply change them. Instead of advertising options or being polite about it. it was simply uncalled for to be treated like that. I understand people have off days and I respect that because we’re all human Doesn’t excuse the behavior and being rude to somebody about an order. but we immediately addressed the concern of the treatment and left. I feel that’s the issue with big chains of food companies. The lack of training on customer service. This wasn’t the first time at this location that I’ve experienced this and I felt I’ve been very patient. Sincerely A tired mom just wants a meal I didn’t have to cook. Just wanted nacho fries & a damn mtn dew. Taco Bell do better.
