  I ordered here and they gave me the wrong order. Called and spoke with a supervisor and he said I could come back up there and get a new order. The problem is I don’t live near this location at all. He said he would take my info down and I could come in anytime. Like a month later, I’m back in the area and call to have my order made and no one can find my info for my remake. The woman manager on duty rectified the situation and remade my order no problem. Good management, fast location, customer service focused! Thank you!

  Stopped by Saturday 2:45pm. Was told they only take online orders. Proceeded to place online order while at the store. 6 wings, fries, and 3 tenders. Waited in the store for 50 minutes. Picked up my order as soon as the digital order board said it was ready. Got in my car and headed home, and my son started eating. The food was cold and the order was missing a wing. How can the food be cold if I just picked it up when it was ready?

  The people working were rude I ordered online and what happened was I waited 20 min and it said it was done I went in-person they said they haven’t started it yet when asking how that was possible she gave some excuse and was extremely passive aggressive and rude I do not recommend going here the 2.7 star rating is well deserved.

  Waiting nearly a month for a simple refund is ridiculous. Store management claims only the district manager can process refunds, while the DM does nothing. It’s endless finger-pointing, total incompetence, and zero accountability across the board. The store-level management clearly lacks the basic customer service skills required to work in hospitality, and upper management is nonexistent. A month of runaround over a $2.50 refund tells you everything you need to know about how this location is run. The food is overpriced, the service is awful from start to finish, and the operational culture is completely broken. Here’s some free advice for the district manager: drive 8 to 10 minutes west down Ford Road, order from Raising Cane’s, and take detailed notes on what actual customer service and functional operations look like. Keep the $2.50—clearly, this store needs it more than I do.
