  I wanted to thank Vassel's Catering for such a wonderful evening. Our guests raved about the food from start to finish — the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly, the grilled shrimp was a huge hit, and even the broccoli had people going back for seconds! Every dish was so good and clearly made with real care and quality ingredients. On top of that, we were so impressed with Kim! She was honestly wonderful all night — professional, kind, and thorough with her support. She anticipated everything before we even had to ask, made sure the food kept coming, and kept everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. Our hosts were thrilled and were able to truly relax and enjoy their own guests without having to worry about cooking or cleanup for a second. Thank you for the incredible level of service and quality — it made the whole night. We're already looking forward to working with you again!

  Amazing staff, amazing customer service and amazing food! We did Mexican food and it was so good! We also had 2 staff members on site which I’m so glad we did so we could enjoy our guests and not worry about the food. They were fabulous and made everything a breeze. 12/10 recommend!

  I highly recommend Vassel’s Main Street Catering! I reached out only about two and a half weeks before my professional development event, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They quickly put together several menu options that fit within my budget while also taking into account the dietary restrictions of my attendees. The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. We received nothing but compliments from everyone who attended the event. The service was exceptional as well. The young man who delivered the food didn’t just drop it off—he carefully set everything up and made sure it was ready for our guests. A few hours after the event, he returned to clean everything up and take all of the catering items with him, making the entire process stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was professional, seamless, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Vassels Main Street Catering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding food and service.

  I’ve used them to cater two events for me now (baby shower and birthday party). They’re always on time, well-made, tasty, affordable, and have stellar presentation. I always have guests asking me who I used.
