  I had a coupon for 30% either an app/online order. It also had the option to scan the QR at the restaurant to use as well, which is what I tried to do. The associate didn't understand this and I ended up paying full price. I left and went back onto my Subway App to place an order to check to see if the promotion was actually applicable at this location, and the app said, "applied to your order," confirming that I should have been able to use it today. Very frustrating! This is not the first time I have had an issue with this location and App orders. Personally, I do not think the associates understand how the technology works. More training could help.

  They got a few things on my order incorrect which is one thing, but I was really shocked at the prices! $10.49 (includes tax) for a 6 inch All American Club! I just can’t believe it. I went to the one up on Ford Road and it was only $8.79. Not my favorite experience at a Subway. Maybe it was an off day.

  Stopped by this Subway to pick up my mobile online order, and the process was quick and smooth. Everything was ready on time, which made it very convenient. The location is situated on a very busy corner with shared parking alongside other stores. The store was clean and well-organized. My sandwich was prepared well and tasted fresh, just as expected. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick grab, especially if you're ordering ahead.

  The last couple orders bread completely stale ! Even slight toasted stale The bread has been so gross. It’s been crumbling. , every time visit & order standard subs are made different every time you pick them up waiting for service. There’s either way too much mayonnaise stale subs Every single week we order we’re going on three now with stale gross sub buns , either they put the mayo on the sub way above and beyond or not at all nothing’s consistent !!! Really frustrated because starving when I get off of work and busy all day and the buns still every single time the meat screwed up everything is not consistent from one time to the next ! Way too much mayonnaise not sure if that’s expired. One of us get sick in our household way over compensated on the sale buns terrible I’m really bummed up because I used to love Subway so did my kids and family there needs to be a group meeting about the production you’re supposed to be serving !!!
