Prices go up, food and service quality goes down. This time is was wet tables surfaces just wiped and this avocado toast on a picture. It wasn’t that bad but triggered me by some reason. $3.79 for this?! Seriously?!

I had seen news stories in the past about how Panera Bread’s food does not match what is advertised, but I didn’t think it would be that bad. In the sandwich I literally had four this slivers of chicken in a sandwich that saw at least six inches long. I was basically eating ranch soaked bread, which I threw away. For a $12 sandwich, this is ridiculous. It’s a scam and I won’t be purchasing that or any other sandwich from them again.
- GJGrace JesseeApr 19, 20265.0sarah working the register was extremely helpful, polite, and kind. when me and my brother went to Panera for lunch, it was quite busy, but she was able to change our order from dine in to take out after we put it in and really seemed to care about the customer experience! not just us, but other people as well, she stood up by the take out window and was helping people with any mistakes the kitchen may have made during the rush, overall it just seemed like she really cared about people’s panera experience! i don’t know how much she’s making but she deserves a raise!
