    As much as I enjoy their food, one thing that makes me alert is that they don’t put bread into a bag. With what is currently going around, I don’t like that they throw baked goods straight into your bag with other food items. I recommend that you guys create a bag that is made out of paper with a clear cellophane, so that the customer can see exactly what’s in there and it’s hygienic. I currently have a cold, and as I got home to take out my items, I see this in the bottom and I didn’t want to touch it, so I don’t get my family members sick. This is my go to location for Panera, but this is just the one thing that really concerns me the most.

    I had a horrible experience at this Panera location. I accidentally selected “pickup inside” instead of “drive‑thru pickup,” but instead of helping, the staff refused to hand me my order at the window. They told me I had to come inside, even though I was already stuck in the drive‑thru line with cars in front of me and no way to get out. I sat there waiting while my food was literally a few feet away. The lack of basic customer service and common sense was unbelievable. This location needs serious retraining on how to treat customers.

    I don’t often leave negative reviews, but felt this one was important in hopes they change their ways. I waited in the drive thru lane to pick up an order I had placed online. I don’t often use their app so I don’t recall a button that specifies I’d be using the drive thru, but when I gave my name the person at the speaker said I would have to park and come inside for it. It as a rather large order and took me telling him that I was 8 months pregnant (which is true but I never use that as an excuse) for him to make this “one time exception” but saying that they’re getting in a lot of trouble with their manager for giving in store pick up orders through the drive thru. Why would that matter?? The customer should always come first, rather than waste our time and make our lives more difficult just to follow some ridiculous unnecessary policy that is likely not even corporate based, but rather just made up to feel more in control. Ok, that’s the end of my rant lol

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Panera was honestly really frustrating. I ordered online about 15 minutes before I left, thinking that would be plenty of time. When I got there, they told me my order wasn’t ready, and I ended up standing around waiting another 15 minutes. At that point, I had already waited longer than the order was even supposed to take in total. Then when I finally got my food, it wasn’t even my order. On top of that, I had paid extra for add-ons, and none of them were included. When I tried to politely ask about it, I was basically told I was wrong instead of them checking or trying to fix it. It was just really disappointing all around. I get that places get busy, but between the extra wait, wrong order, missing items I paid for, and how it was handled, it definitely wasn’t a great experience.
