  I’ve had lots of issues with this location of JJ over the years (forgetting things, being out of all drinks, etc) but today’s takes the cake. Tried their new hot sandwiches- the club lulu was almost inedible. The bacon was moist, limp, and sort of had the texture of cooked lasagna noodles. The turkey was barely there and so overcooked. It was honestly disgusting and so disappointing, even with my low expectations. I’m a huge JJ fan but this location needs a change in management or something.

  Guy on the speaker was rude. Guy said, No bread. We said, can we order a wrap? Guy said, go ahead. Food was dripping in sauce with hardly any chicken. Not impressed at all
