- BFBrighton FerrisSep 18, 20262.0Placed an online order, got the store 15 minutes later to pick up, and they had not made my order yet. Totally fine, I could tell the store was busy. What really irk me was after I checked in with them with my name they said it would be right out, people continued to order, and they filled all of the in-store orders before my online order, even after I had checked in in person. I ended up getting my order 32 minutes after I ordered, people that ordered in person got their sandwiches within 5 to 10 Minutes. Super frustrating, when I asked for an update on my sandwich after people behind me had gotten theirs she said they were just very busy and would be getting to online orders in a minute. Confusing because I was in store picking it up already and waited longer than those who had not placed an order in advance.
- DND. NapSep 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with Jimmy John’s. During my recent visit, I received a sandwich that was almost entirely bread with barely any fillings. There was little to no lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese on it, and I have pictures that clearly show how poorly it was prepared. I contacted customer service and was told that the ownership group would reach out to me within 48 hours. No one contacted me. I followed up with customer service and was told they would contact the ownership group again, but I still have not heard anything. The poor quality of the sandwich was disappointing, but the lack of follow-up made the experience even worse. Mistakes happen, but customers should be able to expect their concerns to be addressed and promises to be kept. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
