  I’m having a hard time with this place, it’s the closest Jimmy John’s to me so I keeping give them chances but I just keep having terrible experiences. It’s just really bad hiring and management. They are always are trying to close an hour early (which I get I worked in fast food but it’s not 15 minutes before close, it’s any hour to 90 minutes) with the food put away and only using day old bread. Also don’t get me started on their delivery. They never deliver themselves, and always use delivery apps which takes over an hour to deliver (if you ever get it at all) I would just avoid this location if you can, the employees and management don’t care at all. Go to the Westland location down ford rd it’s way better.

  I was in the parking lot on my phone and a guy parked next to me and went inside. 5 minutes later I walk inside. The man who parked next to me was still waiting for service and the one guy "working" was standing at the back of the store on the phone. I waited about 2 minutes to see if he was going to help us and ended up leaving to go across the parking lot to Biscuits and Gravy. I got sat and served immediately. I guess Jimmy John's isn't super fast anymore :/

  Lunch rush on a Thursday. No hot peppers were in stock!!! Still timely and clean.

  I gave a 4 star because I ordered the new Gyro sandwich and it tasted like lettuce in a pita. If you look very close there is actually meat in the sandwich. I ordered without cucumbers and onions. So very disappointed. 12 dollars was a wasted. I'm being quite honest here. Jimmy Johns should stick to the regular sub sandwiches and let the Greeks specialize in Gyros. The gentleman that took care of me was very fast and gave me good service (the tall guy).
