- PPpaige3 days ago3.0I ordered a burger and fries around 5 pm on Sunday May 17th. The fries were overly salty and I couldn’t even finish them. I spent $7 on fries just for me to throw them out. I believe whoever was on the fries needs more training to not make them salty.

Let's make sure your employees know how to correctly ring in orders. I do have both receipts as well to show the difference. It's not a huge difference and I'm not complaining. Just make sure I'm charged correctly.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
