  General Manager Brenda told us she could help us get a refund because we ordered online and the website kept saying “something went wrong.” Nothing ever went through, so we tried entering our card information a few times, but the order still didn’t process. Despite that, our cards were charged multiple times. My husband called for help and spoke with Brenda, who told him that if we came in with the cards we used, she would be able to process the refund. Since both of us work the same hours Einstein Bros is open, my husband woke up extra early before his shift to go in and speak with her. Once he arrived, Brenda told him she had emailed a form for us to fill out for the refund instead, even though she already knew he was coming in that morning. The situation was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. Communication could have been much clearer from the start.

  Ate a great breakfast at Einstein this morning. This was our first time at this location. The ladies working the counter were amazing and for being very short staffed they were on TOP of everything! The food came out hot and fresh and SO good. We got the new energy drink and it was great.

  The manager continues to be condescending and Rude., I ordered the 8.00 breakfast spec and forgot to add iced coffee. When I got there, the y had the sandwich and an empty cup. I asked what happened to the iced coffee? They said you get the hot coffee yourself and add ice. I asked if they atleast had flavored cream/flavors. Then the employee looked to the manager and she was Rude! She said no to all of my request, and said she can offer cold brew. I asked if there was flavoring, she said NO, im doing you a favor. I said you are not and charge me if I need to pay more, but im not going to go over there and make iced coffee. Then menu just said "Iced Coffee", not you make it. Then I took the cold brew and she said "Your are Welcome", before I could get it out". First, maybe let me know i'm making my own iced coffee lol, Sorry, you are not Starbucks!! and You are not that good to be so pricey. Guess she is over her job, and so am I. Trust and know I Love Starbucks and you are a convient alternative! But not anymore
