  Meh, typical dunkin. First few orders were great when they opened. Now, it is a toss up if your order is good.

  Ordered a medium frozen coffee with 4- Carmel and 2 FF and nothing but coffee was in it waste of $7 Will no longer come to this location

  I usually love this Dunkin’ on Michigan Ave in Canton. It’s normally clean and the staff is friendly, which is why I come here often. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I asked for a cup of water and was told they were “out of water,” but then the employee said they still had faucet water for washing hands. When I asked if I could have that instead (and I would’ve paid for the cup if needed), I was told no. The explanation didn’t make sense and the interaction felt dismissive, so I ended up canceling my order and leaving. I hope management can clarify their policy and make sure customers are treated better, because this location is usually one of my favorites.
