Hailey greeted me with a genuine smile and exceptional customer service that instantly made me feel welcome. People always talk about Southern hospitality, but today Hailey reminded me that Northern hospitality is just as real. Thank you for making my day a little brighter and making me feel at home again. Keep being awesome!

Customer service seemed to be the last thing on anyone's mind. On top of that, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, with unclean tables, trash left around, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made me question the food preparation standards. I understand that businesses can have busy days, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly or neglecting basic cleanliness. I expected much better and will not be returning. Management should seriously address both the customer service and cleanliness issues.

The store was filthy, the associate taking orders was distracted, and after placing my order I waited over 15 minutes with no update. Two customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No staff were present at the counter or in the back for several minutes. When someone finally came out, she seemed surprised my order hadn’t been started and threw it together—still missing items. When I asked for the names of the employees involved, I was told, “We don’t disclose our names here.” That response alone says everything about the level of accountability. Never again. There are plenty of cleaner, better‑run ice cream shops in Canton.
