  Employee crashed out at me, said the F word right at my face- Came in to pick up an online order I had place. Waited an extra 10 mins beyond when the order was supposed to be ready before asking the staff for an update on my order. An older gentleman flat out ignored me, walked past me saying “-bleep- this, if someone else walks in asking about their order, I’m going to -bleeping- storm out of here”, before marching to the door, locking it along with everyone else inside the restaurant, and then going back into the kitchen. It was quite shocking to be honest. I get that people get overwhelmed, but you just can’t do that. I’m pretty sure the employee in question didn’t even take his gloves off when he reached for the door handle and lock, and just went straight back to making food with his contaminated gloves. His behavior made a lot of us feel unsafe to be honest. This entire experience was just appalling. Chipotle’s customer service was unable to cancel my order, or issue me a refund, so I just had to wait for the staff at this store to compose themselves. I placed my order at 7:50, inquired about my order at 8:10, and then eventually got my food at 8:40. This experience isn’t a standalone one with chipotle. It seems like their customer service has gone down dramatically year after year. I’ve reported this experience but have not heard back from Chipotle. Oh, to make it all worse, the food was cold, and the portion size was abysmal, but that seems to be the norm nowadays. This will be the last time I will be ordering from Chipotle. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, and service staff deserve to be given adequate resources to not have to crash out or become visibly overwhelmed. Disgraceful and disgusting.

  I received a significantly smaller portion than what I normally receive from this location. I was told they were not fully prepared and did not have all of the ingredients available, but instead of compensating for the missing ingredients with the items they did have, the overall portion was substantially reduced. Even the rice, which appeared to be readily available, was provided in a very small amount. I have ordered this before and have never received a portion this small. If the restaurant did not have the ingredients necessary to properly fulfill the order, I would have preferred to be informed rather than being charged for a full meal and receiving considerably less food.

  I ordered online and they made the veggie burrito wrong I asked for it to be remade. Staff in the back and front start laughing and talking shit. Very disrespectful. I asked for a manager tried saying that manager was not in. I called the restaurant and they tried to play it off as one of them was the manager when I asked for the manager bobbitt. I don’t see how it’s funny asking for something to be remade when a child has an allergy.

  When asking for my law enforcement discount they denied it stating I have to be “an actual police officer” when I work for Michigan department of corrections. I guess enforcing the law in prison doesn’t mean anything. You can’t pick and choose departments of law enforcement you give the discount to.
