The rice wasn’t just undercooked — it felt like it had been soaked in water and sent straight into the bowl without ever meeting actual heat. Every bite had the texture of wet gravel. What’s disappointing is that Chipotle markets itself as fresh, quality food, yet this order felt careless and rushed. When customers are paying premium prices, basic things shouldn’t be optional. Overall, a frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a brand this established.
