  So this is one of the dirtiest chipotle location I’ve been. Their drink dispensers has what it appears to be mold growing. Their tables are dirty and trashes everywhere. Should someone call sanitation inspection on this location? I’m pretty sure someone might get sick eating here. I have

  Was really busy here so that might be the reason why but they were out of almost 1/2 the food options: they ran out of white rice, regular chicken, peppers, medium salsa, etc.

  The staff was good, the food was tasty, and the portions were generous. We stopped in for a carry-out and the wait was not long. The atmosphere for dining-in was not my favorite, as I prefer more cozy or homey settings, but for those who don't mind concrete floors and metal tabletops, it's ok.

  I waited more than 30 minutes for my food, even though Chipotle's ingredients are intended to be prepared in advance for efficient service. The restaurant ran out of steak, and I had to wait over 15 minutes for a new batch to be cooked. To make matters worse, there were not enough employees available to keep the line moving, which significantly increased the overall wait time. After waiting for the steak to be prepared, I then had to get back in line to place my order, resulting in two separate waits. Given the inconvenience, I politely asked if the restaurant could provide an extra serving of steak as a goodwill gesture. Both managers on duty refused without offering any alternative resolution or acknowledgment of the lengthy delay. This level of customer service is disappointing for a company as large as Chipotle. While I understand that running out of ingredients can happen, customers should be treated fairly when operational issues cause significant delays. A small gesture to make things right would have gone a long way. I also have concerns about the accuracy of my transaction. The receipt lists the employee who served me as "Ariana," but my order was completed by a male employee. While I recognize that names can be unisex and this may have a legitimate explanation, I believe Chipotle should review its staffing and transaction records to ensure employees are properly logged into the point of sale system and that transactions are accurately attributed. I intend to escalate this matter beyond this review because the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations for service, professionalism, and customer care.
