  Everytime i go in 2-3 hours before close they never have chips…. Just a inconvenience when it’s like one of the 3 things they serve…

  Come here a lot and seems like there's always some bottleneck. There could be nobody in line and yet you're still waiting for almost 10 minutes. Horrible branch location

  Workers in the back chatting and flirting, ignoring everyone and everything Only one guy making the food with a long line, your entire store had no steak, no chicken, no sofritas , no lettuce, no cheese, available. Had to wait on both rices to be available. Ordered chips and cheese and got no cheese. Do better.

  Do your customers a favor and take the veggies off the menu. I went to two locations after only 45 minutes open and no veggies had been prepared at either location. If you staff is too lazy to make them, stop offering them.

  Just about every other time I've gone to this location, they've been out of something I wanted to order: fajita veggies, cheese, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, hard taco shells, soda syrup, ice, forks, napkins. I've never encountered this problem at the Ann Arbor Rd or Michigan Ave locations...
