  Waited 10 minutes to be sat. Waited over an hour for food. Came out room temp. Several tables had not been bussed the entire time we were there. Manager said he would have food remade. Took a really long time again. Waitress was nice. Not the first time this place has let us down. Will not be back. Overall, don’t come here.

  This shrink-flation is getting out of hand. I get the chicken wrap everytime I come to BWW's. The used to be very big, I sometimes couldn't even finish it. They have gradually gotten smaller, but still was filling and not too bad. When I went this past weekend though, it was tiny. Not only length wise, but was barely filled and half of it was the wrap breading. In the picture, you can see the one half is barely bigger then the sauce cup. It was really disappointing, and honestly, I dont think im going to go there anymore. I used to love BWW's, but its sad how down hill they have gone throughout the years. On a positive note though, our waitress was amazing.

  Holy smokes, that El Diablo you order off the secret menu tanked my bum bum!! Would definitely eat that again but wouldn’t want the secret treatment you can get for 5$ YIKES! It hurt. Thanks!

  Pretty disappointing experience all around. Granted it was a Friday night, but we still did not get a lot of attention. Portions were incredibly small. McDonald's has a bigger chicken wrap. There was barely any chicken and they didn't put the sauce in it. Took a while to get someone's attention for a cup of it. No desire to return to this particular BWW.
