  They had an awesome previous location, but after the new owner took over, everything became terrible. We placed an order by phone and drove 50 minutes to get there. When we arrived, they said the order wasn’t ready because they never received it. They also told us the nehari was finished, even though they had already taken our order 30 minutes earlier on the phone. They made us wait, gave us plates, and said the food was coming soon. After waiting another 30 minutes, they came back and told us they never even placed our order. Very disappointing experience.

  We've been going here for a long time because their take out food is usually really good. I've had their kababs, biryani, and nihari which was always good. Their weekend buffet on the other hand was absolutely awful. It seemed like they warmed up remaining food from the day before. It didn't taste good and we all ended up with stomach aches. We also dined in a few weeks ago and the service was terrible. Wouldn't recommend dining in or going for the buffet, but their take out has always been good.

  I was lucky to have Kolachi Kitchen deliver food for my mom's book launch party in Saginaw Michigan today. We had 150 guests and the food was incredibly delicious, especially the halwa puri cooked on site as well as the Bihari kababs and chicken malai boti and chicken tikkas as well as the falooda. There was more than enough food for the guests. I will strongly recommend them.

  Absolutely amazing experience at Kolachi Kitchen. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Every dish felt fresh and authentic. The service was just as impressive, very attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and perfect whether you’re coming with friends or for a nice dinner out. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve visited. Highly recommend and I’ll be coming back again.

  As a fellow South Asian I am embarrassed and disgusted by the terrible, borderline condescending attitude of the personnel there. After a painful waiting time of 45 min, we get served with cold biriyani, nihari and seekh kabab. They missed on an item of ours and later argued with us. With that argumentative, haughty attitude the lady made it seem our fault that we came late near closing time (it was 1hr 10 min before closing). While terrible food quality is acceptable the way you are treated like scum is not. Please beware of visiting there and coming out feeling worthless.
