This is the second time I have gone through this drive through and ordered cinnamon twists with my meal. When I got them, the first time, there was hardly any cinnamon sugar on them. Literally cinnamon sugar on the top one or two but nothing on the rest in the bag. This is the whole point of ordering these. The first time I was already home before I realized so this time I checked before I left. No cinnamon sugar so we parked and went in the restaurant to ask if we could get some new ones…showed them there was no cinnamon sugar on them and they handed me a new bag of them and said, “are these any better?”. No, they were exactly the same….no cinnamon sugar!!! You’d think they would look at them and clearly see there was no cinnamon sugar on them. They acted as if it was too bad and they could not do anything about this. This is an OG staple of Taco Bell. What are you guys doing that you can’t get something this simple, to be made correctly????? For the staff to act like “oh well” and dismiss it is completely unacceptable.

Worst window time ever forgets to drop hash browns takes another 15 to 20 minutes I had to be somewhere at 10:00 it is 9:48 it taken them over 15 to 20 minutes to drop food in the fryer which only takes 3 minutes to do hash browns had to be somewhere and somehow I chose this place took absolutely forever the entire staff needs to be properly trained the food quality was gas station at best explaining to me that the food was fresh doesn't matter to me when I got to be somewhere and this is a fast food restaurant has to be fast definitely a zero star but I had to leave something to leave a review

I’ve honestly never felt so disrespected as I did during this experience. My friends and I went through the drive-thru, and a man took our order. We made sure to speak clearly and loudly enough so we could be heard over the speaker.
However, when we pulled up to the window, a different employee—a woman who hadn’t even taken our order—immediately refused to serve us. She claimed we were “screaming in her ear” and said she would not give us our food. I was taken aback and apologized right away, explaining that we were only trying to be heard clearly, not to be disrespectful. Despite that, she still refused to serve us.
The entire situation felt completely unwarranted and handled in an unprofessional way. We were polite, we apologized, and yet we were still denied service without any attempt to resolve the misunderstanding. It was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly upsetting to be treated that way as paying customers.
