For 6 years we have had nothing but good experiences at this Taco Bell, especially with new team members who have recently improved the overall guest experience. Then on 18 June @ 1320 EDT my family went to pick up mobile order #903917 from the drive through and we were IMMEDIATELY met with hostility from "Ayana" who kept arguing loudly via the speaker that we "needed to state we were checking in." What was most alarming was that she kept arguing this despite the fact that we already ordered & paid on the Mobile App & per the App and NORMAL Taco Bell process, simply needed to state our name so they could confirm our order. Instead of confirming our order, she kept berating us despite being wrong until rudely yelling "pull up to the window for your food." When we did so, things got significantly worse as her confrontational behavior became physical: she thrust our drink at us and then abruptly SLAMMED the sliding door violently, yelling that our "food would be out later." 5-7 min later, after Ayana had already terrified our kids, she violently opened the window again to nearly throw our bag of food at us. When asked if they'd please provide a drink WITHOUT ICE as the App wasn't letting us request that, she began waving the receipt angrily, yelling that she wasn't going to help us. Other staff behind her tried to help, but Ayana blocked them & violently shut the window AGAIN without providing a receipt - no doubt in an attempt to prevent us from leaving a survey review. This kind of psychotic and hostile behavior is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE in the customer service industry. Her unhinged, confrontational, and unprofessional actions towards long-time Customers is tarnishing the Taco Bell brand, and specifically will continue to negatively impact this location and it's loyal Customers. She should be fired ASAP!

Best taco elk you can get. Always fast friendly and hot.
Everytime i come here they’re out of something. Especially MOUNTAIN DEW!!!!!!!! It’s very disappointing to go to a place where it’s the main drink and they don’t even have it, service has also gone down tremendously, it’s so slow now. I would honestly rather go to a sit down restaurant and I would get my food quicker there compared to here.

I stopped and got Taco Bell and they threw my food at me through the window. They were rude also. I didn't do anything to make them mad other than order food.
This is the second time I have gone through this drive through and ordered cinnamon twists with my meal. When I got them, the first time, there was hardly any cinnamon sugar on them. Literally cinnamon sugar on the top one or two but nothing on the rest in the bag. This is the whole point of ordering these. The first time I was already home before I realized so this time I checked before I left. No cinnamon sugar so we parked and went in the restaurant to ask if we could get some new ones…showed them there was no cinnamon sugar on them and they handed me a new bag of them and said, “are these any better?”. No, they were exactly the same….no cinnamon sugar!!! You’d think they would look at them and clearly see there was no cinnamon sugar on them. They acted as if it was too bad and they could not do anything about this. This is an OG staple of Taco Bell. What are you guys doing that you can’t get something this simple, to be made correctly????? For the staff to act like “oh well” and dismiss it is completely unacceptable.
