    Everyone here acted like I was an idiot when I complained that the tuna fish sandwich I bought tasted funky and came back to request a fresh sandwich or a refund. I was told by the manager that the tuna salad was made fresh so it couldn't be that, which is fair I don't know WHAT on the sandwich made it taste like old soy sauce. And then someone else who was not part of the conversation asked why I was complaining that a tuna fish sandwich was "fishy," when I said that it had a funky fishy taste that made it inedible. Fish, especially fast food tuna salad, does not and should not taste like that. I did use some language I regret, but to be literally just stared at and told they can't remake my sandwich "because it tasted bad" when they gave me food that made me nauseous after three bites is absolutely wild.

    We stopped on our way north on 131 towards home. The service was as expected of JJs—nice and quick. My 2 year old daughter dropped her sandwich almost immediately after opening it and they were quick to resupply her with some fixings.

    My mom and I come here multiple times a week, and every single time the sandwiches are delicious. And they have amazing friendly staff! My mom and I were happy to see little smiley faces on our subs the last time we went :)

    Normally Jimmy Johns is my go to fast food if we are out and about (still is, just not at this location!) But this Jimmy Johns location needs some help. Two weeks in a row now we stopped in to pick up 3 subs and despite there not being another single customer in the place, the subs took so long to make and the order was messed up each time! Both visits I had to wait way too long for my sub and each time something was messed up on the order and that caused it to be even longer of a process! This location definitely needs some more training and employees could be more friendly!

    Fast, good food, in and out with a mobile order. I have been to this location before, and I world definitely go back. They didn't get my pickle cut or my daughter's pickle order correct, bit that's not an issue really.
