Went into Dunkin to pickup munchkins specifically for the jelly munchkins. Worst experience ever!!! The person who waited on me was extremely rude and fat shaming....I was mortified to the point I couldn't say anything. I got my doughnuts and left. I talked to my daughter and explained how I was treated and she was like call the manager. I called spoke to a young girl who said she was acting manager, I explained what happened she made no comment almost like I was bothering her then have the nerve to say well I can give you a free doughnut seriously!!! My younger daughter was upset and called and spoke to the next person in charge turns out it's the part owner and he was the one who waited on me , he was the one whom was rude and fat shaming....I spoke with him and all he did was try and justify his behavior, showed no ownership to his behavior.... if that's not bad enough then his mother another part owner gets on the phone starts talking and at one point have to say who is this then continues to justify and make excuses for her son saying that I misunderstood what he was saying...How do you miss understand someone saying when I asked if there was more of the jelly that I was looking to get two boxes of 50 munchkins and him saying is this not enough for you !!!!! Then saying do you want 4 boxes I specially asked for two boxes of 50 that's how they sell them ..he is rude the whole family is rude and I will never purchase anything from this establishment. I give this establishment a negative would not recommend ever....
Today was Mothers Day should have been a good. Sadly I wasn't looking to get free doughnuts or a doughnut I wanted him to truly get a talking to because his behavior is ridiculous and a sincere apology.....and if all that wasn't bad enough his mom hung up on me this family business is rude!!!!

If I could, I’d give negative five stars. My mom and I drove over an hour on Mother’s Day for their donuts and was excited to get them. We get there, my mom asked the man behind the counter — who we later learned was the owner — for two boxes of jelly munchkins: one for our family and one for my sister’s. When she pointed out the tray was nearly empty and asked if there were more, he replied, “What, that’s not enough for you?” My mom explained again, and he then rudely asked, “You sure you don’t want four boxes?” The owner’s tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and ruined what should have been a special treat. I later called the establishment and spoke to the man and explained that I was extremely upset about the service and how my mom was treated. The owner just kept justifying his actions. I demanded that he give my mom an apology. I put my mom on the phone and he just continued to justify himself and didn’t even give her a sincere apology. He ended up putting his mom on the phone and she just continued to justify his actions and actually ended up hanging up on my mom. No customer should be treated this way. I will never be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts and would highly recommend everyone else to consider going there. It’s truly sad that they want to carry their business like this.

My mom offered to pick me up doughnuts on Mother's Day since I worked earlier and she was making the hour and a half drive there I was excited. Until she called me to tell me about how she was fat shamed at the Cadillac location! I couldn't believe it! She said before ordering anything she asked the guy at the register if he had anymore jelly munchkin's since (she was getting 50 for her family and 50 for my family) he looks at her and asked her if what was there wasn't enough. Seriously! Then when she explained herself which she shouldn't have had too he continued to be rude asking if she was sure she didn't want more. I told her to call and talk to a manager. That was no way to treat a customer. Here it was the owner! I'll never go to that Dunkin donuts ever! U shouldn't have to explain why ur ordering what ur ordering and nobody should be fat shamed especially in a doughnut shop!

My visit to Dunkin' was ruined by the owner.
The staff I first interacted with were friendly, helpful, and quick. Then the owner stepped in, took over my order, and everything went downhill. He was impatient, rude, and clearly annoyed that I wasn’t familiar with their ordering system (this location is new).
He rushed the interaction, got my order wrong, and then walked away to the back before I could correct it. I didn’t even realize the mistake until I was already on my way home.
It’s frustrating because the rest of the staff were doing a great job, but one interaction with the owner completely ruined the experience. If that’s how customers are treated, I won’t be back.

Went through today 4/21, the cashier was so nice and gave my daughter free munchkins! I'll definitely keep coming back
