  TOLD ME TO COMMIT FRAUD! They do not know how to cancel a mobile order. I was charged and when I called up to the store I was told someone would call me back in 20 minutes to help me. They never called. Two days later I called and was told to call my bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. That is committing fraud. She told me that they use a third party to collect the money. When I asked what the third party was she hung up on me.

  I've ordered here 7 times in the last 6 months and every single time my order has been made wrong atleast twice, the only reason I keep comming back is because of the fries. Its honestly sad that the most consistent thing at this place is the ability to mess up a sandwich

  Finally , a Rally's that gives me All of my food and IT WAS RIGHT and fast. I will be coming back to this specific location.

  Honestly, the AI ordering system in the drive thru just creeps me out, lol. However, it's disgustingly accurate. The staff that take your money and hand you the food are always really friendly. The taste of the food is typically good, hot, and fresh. I don't like the way they cram as much food as possible into the bag, but it also won't stop me from going there. Overall, no complaints.
