  Been here several times now and its still TERRIBLE! Everything from food to service is bad. I will not be returning. Such a shame cause I've never had this at any other store and I've always loved Jimmy John's.

  Ordered from here today. Great food and portions. My wife had them for the first time. Loved that there is less bread than subway. Definitely tasted better than subway. We will be back

  My family ordered for delivery this past weekend at 6:24pm, I was unaware that Uber/DoorDash was used for the delivery service until after the order was confirmed. I assumed it was a delivery driver from the store like most places. At 7:16pm I messaged 'our supposed to be driver' to see what the hold up was. Immigration after messaging, I got notified that the store was looking for another driver. I called the store at 7:19pm and they said they didn't have a driver and we could pick up the food ourselves if we wanted. My mother-in-law went to pick up the food, sitting on the counter for who knows how long, no one acknowledged that she was there until she said "I'm taking this bag". Very poor service. I have requested the store contact me so I can get at least my delivery fee back and have not heard anything. Pretty disappointed in this store and will likely not utilize it anymore.

  Tried to give it a second chance after a bad and slow first. Wont get a third. Slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever encountered. The parking lot is awful. There needs to be some training on how to make a sandwich freaky fast.

  If I could give a -10 rating, I would! There is absolutely nothing "FREAKY FAST" about this Jimmy John's. Went through the drive-through, was the only one in line, ordered ONE sandwich, drove around to the window, and was met by the rudest girl, who took my money. Then we sat at the window and waited for 9 minutes (I know because we have the receipt). This girl opened the window, never apologized for our wait, just handed me the sandwich, and SLAMMED the window shut. I honked my horn and told her that her behavior was unacceptable, and she shouldn't be working at the window with her "attitude." She didn't say a word and just closed the window again. I drove away, pulled into a parking spot, and went into the store demanding to talk to a manager. The manager didn't seem interested in what I had to say, and yes, I was livid by this point. I reiterated to the manager that the girl running the drive-through window needs some serious training in "customer service". We will NEVER go back to this horrible place. SUBWAY right across the street is where we will go, and I would advise people to stay away from this Jimmy John's. The one in Chelsea is 100% better!
