  I recently visited your local sandwich establishment and ordered a turkey sandwich. The sandwich was very good: fresh, generously filled, and assembled with the sort of confidence usually associated with people who have successfully parallel-parked on the first attempt. The bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp, and the whole thing was wrapped so tightly that opening it felt less like unwrapping lunch and more like defusing a delicious little bomb. My only complaint is that the sandwich was consumed far too quickly. I had planned to save half for later, but apparently “later” is not a recognised time zone when there are pickles involved. The staff were friendly, efficient, and handed over my order with the calm professionalism of people who have never once been emotionally defeated by mayonnaise. The shop was clean, the service was quick, and the sandwich was excellent. Please investigate why your food is so difficult to stop eating.

  Have been here 9 times since it opened. I have rewards, I order the same thing every time.....so far this location has not made my sub right ONCE, has been rude enough to walk away from me while I'm trying to deliver my order in person at the register and the lack of any concern that they make orders wrong is unbelievable. I got an eye roll and "Sorry, I can make you another one" 3 times as I explained how it was made wrong....

  I was very happy that Jimmy John's came to Brooklyn. I ate there many times when I lived in Ohio, and they were freaky fast. Unfortunately the one in town is freaky slow. Twice I have ordered delivery and waited over an hour each time, but no food. Why offer delivery when you can't deliver it? I am very frustrated because Jimmy John's is one on my fav restaurants. Sadly disappointed ☹️

  I have made 3 or 4 online orders so far. Usually make modifications today was especially unusual on my part. They haven't made a single mistake, always correct and food has been just fine. Never an issue with service either been treated just fine with respect from the employees.

  Been here several times now and its still TERRIBLE! Everything from food to service is bad. I will not be returning. Such a shame cause I've never had this at any other store and I've always loved Jimmy John's.
