  Most taco bells are a hit or miss but 6 August 8:00pm Thursday staff served me super dry beans. My burrito a few days ago was perfect at 12am

  This was the first time in a long time that Taco Bell did an excellent job with preparing my food. Everything tasted great! Who ever made my food, did an awesome job with following directions. 👏

  Had a mobile order for drinks and two grilled cheese burritos but one burrito had no rice, added tomato and added lettuce. Got my order, thankfully the drinks were right but, one burrito had bits of rice here and there with quite literally TWO little dices tomatoes, and the other one had rice with lettuce. This concerns me because what if I or my sister had an allergy to rice? Or tomatoes? And while I was walking in to grab the order, employees were staring me down and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I can’t recommend this place to anyone unless, you like being stared down and getting food or ingredients you did or didn’t ask for.

  CORPORATE GOING TO BE HEARING FROM ME AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME TOMORROW. **update July 7th you think I would have learned my lesson. Being that there's tons of construction at maltby Road and winans Lake Road including Grand River went to the Taco Bell on Lee Road AGAIN....as in my previous review. Went inside to order this time. My husband gets home with the food tacos are paper thin two tablespoons of meat and some cheese maybe half an ounce which would be half of a piece of cheese. I call and ask for the manager, AFTER COMPLAINING AND LETTING HER KNOW THAT I'M GOING TO CALL CORPORATE I ASK FOR HER NAME she proceeds to tell me she doesn't think she can give me her name. Seriously you're the manager! You're the person that supposed to resolve issues and follow through. She tells me they don't have any produce....well then why aren't you telling your customers that!? My husband said there was no signs posted anywhere and nobody said anything. We're reading online that Taco Bell is the biggest culprit of spreading this virus with the produce. The one that causes explosive diarrhea. I don't know where they're getting their produce from but they're not allowed to serve it now. Don't charge me $2.19 for a shell with two tablespoons of meat if I can't get the rest of the stuff that's supposed to be on it. I should be getting a discount or something. Nothing but bad service and lots of "I'm sorry" s when you go to store#042669 Taco Bell Brighton Michigan Lee Road/US23. That's why it's a 2.6 score on Google it would have a lower rating if all of us reported everything that was wrong every single time we went there. It only lets you leave one review. You can update but you can't leave more than one review. Taco Bell on Lee Road sucks doesn't matter what time of the day you go. IT SUCKS! AI sucks. Since they've opened my orders never correct. I asked for Verde taco sauce. They give me avocado verde salsa. Also online it says tacos at the Brighton Lee Road location crunchy taco $1.99 regular bean burrito $2.79. we get three bean burritos two soft tacos and two crunchy tacos and it was over $19. Then they said prices went up. I said over the last couple hours?$2.19 the burritos are some other price. Nothing's consistent down there. The whole coldness of the inside with AI and people saying nothing when you go inside there's nobody at the counter. Feels unhuman. No communication no nothing. In 1988 if you handed me a taco that look like one from today I would ask for all of my money back. And I wouldn't be back. The first time I ever went to this location what's for a caramel empanada. That was all we ordered in the Drive-Thru got home and it was hard as a rock and about 3 inches long. Total waste of money. Out of all the Taco bells this one has to be the worst.
