  We decided to try Outback Steakhouse instead of our usual Texas Roadhouse after my daughter had an intense soccer game and we were all starving. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. We waited over an hour just to get seated, although once seated our drinks did come out in a timely manner. We ordered the blooming onion appetizer and it came out cold. The bread was fresh and good though. The French onion soup was decent, but had a very strong salty beef flavor. After that, we waited another 45 minutes for our meals. When my food finally arrived, everything on my plate was cold — the shrimp, steak, and loaded potato. Luckily my husband’s and daughter’s meals were warm, but mine clearly seemed like it had been made first and sat waiting for the rest of the table’s food to be finished. I’m not one for confrontation, and our waiter did apologize for the long wait, but honestly at that point the meal should have either been remade or some kind of discount offered. I didn’t even eat my food there because I wasn’t comfortable eating it cold, so I brought it home to reheat to a food-safe temperature for leftovers. After waiting nearly 2 hours for actual food after a long soccer day, we ended up having to stop somewhere else on our over 1.5-hour drive home just to get something to eat. Overall, very disappointing experience.

  I ordered a chicken and shrimp Alfredo (minus the shrimp). It was delicious! The chicken was seasoned perfectly! I recommend this dish. Or server was also very nice and always made sure it sucks were topped off. Try this place out if you haven't already!

  Katie was amazing!! So sweet, always had a smile while serving, and was very on top of drink refills. As soon as our drinks were running low she would be there with a back up!! Definitely recommend this place and more importantly requesting Katie as your server!!!

  Aspargras was tough and stringy, our server took care of replacing it. My steak was tender and flavorful, but more than 1/4 of it was fat.
