  they don’t put any cold foam in the new drinks. and when you ask for extra they put even less.

  Dont know what happened to this place rlly! Went multiple times because I dont know when to quit giving places chances, its fast food so I expected less but this is just awful! Only one person working the sound booths when peoppe order if thats the right name for them? Fries either cold or overly salty, they forgot half of my order while I waited 30 minutes ugh! Can go on, fast food gotta get better or go out of buissness, make manager seemed nice to thats my 2 cents

  When I need “fast” food on my way to the airport, sitting behind three cars at the drive thru for 10min with zero movement is not acceptable. That’s the second and last time I try to eat at the Lee Rd location, and one more step toward writing off McD’s entirely.

  They are not 24 hours they stop taking orders at 3am because the “system is resetting for breakfast” then say you close at 3am if that’s true.

  Disappointed per usual. But I was craving fries so I had the urge to go. It was the fries I was needing wanting so bad. So I order a meal and I ordered it large. To no surprise they can’t handle a simple order. Even after they repeat it to me before handing it to me. And wouldn’t you know it I didn’t receive what I pd for and tht would be a large fry. Again I dnt know why I even bothered to waste my time and money on garbage. But sometimes you jst say heck with it and try to get what you only crave but once maybe twice a yr. And yet people are surprised McDonald’s is trying to get as digital as possible. Maybe soon there will be a robot putting the order together the rt way
