  Good would have been five stars but the tacos didn’t have avacado and I didn’t get the extra sour cream I paid for. Fries were a little soft by the time we got to our destination, but still had good flavor. Staff was attentive and friendly while I waited for my order.

  In all my yrs I have never had such a ……. How do I put it. Let’s just say when going to downtown Brighton, I guess I had much higher expectations for a night out. For drinks I ordered a Bloody Mary. Not sure it even included alcohol. When we got our food, unlike the pictures we saw online. We had nothing but disappointment. I ordered the pub burger, let’s just say I would’ve much rather gone to McDonalds. (And I dnt even eat fast food). We asked for them to take it back because it was so bad. And after our terrible appetizer I refused to order anything else. My bf had the French dip and we could’ve had a better French dip from Panera and if your looking for sauce to dip it in, leftover pot roast juice would be better flavored then tht. Fries were covered in salt. And when we spoke to the manager she didn’t seem too concerned. It was then we realized no one around us for the past 2 hrs had ordered any food. It seemed like a bunch of locals meeting for drinks. Btw the atmosphere and food, it’s one of the worst places my bf and I have gone to in the 7yrs together. We were looking forward to a fun night with good food and good drinks. Unfortunately they let us down in every aspect. And to think they sell gift cards at Costco is a joke. I would be so disappointed if someone gave me a gift card for the label I would tell them to take it back. Yes 7yrs my bf and I have been together and the one thing we love is a going out for is good food and good atmosphere. This is the first time we had such a bad experience. And we go out at the very least every Fri. So take it for what it’s worth

  Justin the bartender (and the food) was the BEST! Dropped in spontaneously with my bestie, and I'm so glad we did! The vibes were immaculate, the food was delicious, and everyone was super friendly. Get the garlic knots and the truffle fries (I promise you will not be disappointed)

  My friends and I had dinner and drinks on the patio last night and had the best time! The hostess was kind and got us seated right away, our server Jacob was super funny and attentive, the drinks were delicious and refreshing (the boozy pink drink is my favorite) and the food was awesome. We had the garlic puffs and fried pickles for apps, and Cajun shrimp pasta, sweet chili chicken wrap with pink fries and chicken chop Caesar wrap for entrees. The portions were huge and everything was so flavorful. This is a good halfway point for the group I went with, about 35-40 min away from each of us and it’s so worth the drive. We can’t wait to come back!

  We love downtown Brighton, which is why we are disappointed to say we had a pretty bad experience at The Label. We arrived with a party of 6 and were immediately met with hostility. The inside worker was kind and said we are able to sit on the patio if there is seating. As soon as we sat down in the back, we were met with hostility asking who sat us and why did we bring left overs from another restaurant. I let them know we wanted to grab a drink here and assured them we will not be eating any leftovers (that were bagged and wrapped 10x over). I was told I can no longer be on the premises per their policies on food. Once we left to put our food in our car, and arrived two minutes later, we were told we can no longer be sat together. This situation felt intentional from the moment we arrived on the patio. I cannot understand why. We decided to take our business elsewhere. It was a disappointing experience, especially because we’ve heard they are struggling and wanted to support an ailing business. We have eaten here once before and I would rate the drinks apps were satisfactory, boosting my rating. Thank you.
