  Very rude staff. Especially the guy at the window. Didn’t catch his name but he has his finger nails painted. Go to the other locations.

  Spent $50 for four sandwiches at Jimmy John’s and it was a letdown. Two of the kids’ ham and cheese sandwiches were missing the mayo… which is kind of the whole point of ordering “ham, cheese, and mayo.” For a place that leans hard on being “freaky fast,” the wait wasn’t anything special either. Honestly, you’re better off saving your money and grabbing something from Meijer across the street. Better value, less frustration.

  Loved the food!!! The staff was very impatient with me, but overall the food was delicious and I would go back again. They had a drive thru which was amazing!

  Watched the sandwhich maker walk into the men’s room heard the toilet flush and he instantly walked out. Assuming without handwashing! The other girl standing behind the counter was crocheting on the silver counter to the left of the register.
