It took about an hour for our food but the staff was so overrun with orders they were doing the best they could. It was overwhelming to watch but the staff never looked frustrated. The girl who was mostly on register remained so positive and friendly despite the stress and never ending orders. I just wanted to commend the staff for staying positive and friendly during a very stressful night!

I even clicked that I was on my way and shared my location (something I don’t normally do), then selected “I’m here” when I arrived at 6:33pm and told the staff I was picking up my online order. They said it would be ready in a few minutes. I waited. And waited. Customers who ordered after me and showed up after me received their food and left (or started eating) while I was still standing there. I finally got my order at 7:06pm—more than 30 minutes after I arrived and well over the promised ready time. That is unacceptable. When the food finally came, the burger and bacon were cold. The fries were room temperature at best. Paid extra to upgrade from a small to a regular fry and still received a tiny portion that wasn’t even enough for one person. Paid over $30 for 2 bacon cheese burgers and fries, waste of $30. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The long wait, the complete disregard for the online order timing and “I’m here” notification, and the poor quality of the food make this a hard pass. I will not be recommending Five Guys to anyone, and I will not be returning.
