  Horribly managed. Not the first bad experience but its the first time I felt compelled to leave my feedback. Being a loyal customer I'm sure I'll be back for more abuse.

  I am truly disgusted by the lack of professionalism of the manager of this store! I have never heard such blatant disrespect to a customer trying to get information to order a staff lunch. This women's attitude is totally unprofessional. She wasted time complaining about being the only employee there and literally said she doesn't have time to answer questions. And stated that she didn't care how the gentleman felt about it. Ultimately we took our business elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this store unless you want to be yelled at and berated by the "manager".

  PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS establishment! This location is conveniently located across the street from my office, our employees frequently take advantage of the convenience.... until today. The "manager" was unbelievably rude while we were trying to order a staff lunch. She was yelling so loud that multiple people, in different areas of the office, inquired about the situation. She was annoyed because we had questions, it was going to be a large order with multiple people to please.... so our order was taking alittle time. She literally said, "I don't care what you say" after our manager said that he was going to contact corporate due to her unprofessional behavior. She ended the conversation stating multiple times how much she didn't care. IF she is the manager, I feel bad for the employees she works with. Typically I don't leave bad reviews, but she was just plain hateful.

  I was in the MyeyeDr across the street from the Brighton location, I heard how rude and disrespectful the manager was to the Manager of the eyewear store. He was going to order his staff lunch and she was very mean and impolite to him and she said that she doesn’t care what he says…if this is how you are for the city of Brighton as we support one another then you need to shut down your operations or get someone who can handle customers. I was embarrassed and angry as she rant on and not listening to the customer. Unbelievable!!!!

  I have never heard someone be so rude over the phone. The MANAGER was asked a question about pricing over the phone, and started yelling that she is repeating herself (she was not), and she doesn’t care how he feels. When we asked to speak to a manager, she stated she was the manager. Super disappointed to not be able to use this location anymore. I do have a recording of how she spoke.
