  This place always has inaccurate hours posted online. This is the third time I’ve stopped by there, sat at the drive thru waiting, only mto pull up to the window with a sign saying they close at 4pm, not 8pm as the google page says as well as their Facebook page.

  Three times they’ve given me hot when I asked for iced. Not an issue itself-BUT instead of remaking it so it’s cold, they just dump the hot coffee into a new cup with ice. So you’re left with foamy lukewarm coffee. Yuck! The coffee is good when they get it right, though.

  I have been a loyal customer of this business for approximately seven years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. During my most recent visit, I ordered a smoothie through the drive-thru. When I received it, it was not made correctly. I politely returned and explained that something was wrong with my order and asked if it could be remade. Instead of apologizing or attempting to understand the issue, the employee immediately became defensive and insisted that the smoothie had been made correctly and that there should be nothing wrong with it. When I asked that it be remade, the response was reluctant and dismissive. What bothered me most was not the mistake itself—mistakes happen. It was the way the situation was handled. After the smoothie was remade, two employees continued to defend the original drink rather than acknowledge my concern. I was given a sample and essentially told to taste it on the spot. Ironically, the remade smoothie tasted exactly as it should have, confirming that my concern about the original drink was valid. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or make any effort to provide good customer service. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was being unreasonable for asking that my order be corrected. After seven years of patronizing this business, this interaction has unfortunately convinced me not to return. There are many other establishments that value their customers and understand that when a mistake occurs, a simple apology and respectful attitude can make all the difference.
