  The is the only one in the area but they're almost always out of steak or have hard / dry meat and the place is always filthy.. I try to give it another shot every few months but it's just terrible. Twice recently employees were arguing it being rude. Honestly this place is one of the worst restaurants in the area hands down. Done with it until they get new management or it inevitably closes.

  I’ve been holding off on writing a review on this location for a while but today was honestly the last straw. It takes me maybe 2 minutes to get to this location from my job. When I arrived just after 11:55pm today there was 3 people in front of me. It’s lunch rush. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order started. They had 1 person on the line making the food and ringing up customers. 2 people making online order. 3 people making food looking busy. 2 of the 3 kept talking and looking over at the line but still proceeded to talk and take there time doing whatever they were doing. Finally after the line made it to the door the 2 that were prepping the food finally got on the line to help. They looked annoyed. I had to ask for more rice and beans because the girl put very little rice and beans. Like if I wouldn’t have said something I would have gotten a half a bowl of food for the full price. Not everyone makes the bowl with the correct portions just depends on their mood. I had to ask for a receipt. Still didn’t get it because the guy realized it hadn’t been printing all day. He told me I had to wait a few minutes. I just said nevermind and left. My lunch is 30 minutes by the time I made it back to my job I had 5 minutes to eat what I could and it only took me 4 minutes to get back to work. This location sucks and only gets worse. There was a line of people waiting for there online orders as well. Everyone moving as if people didn’t have to return to work. The places definitely needs either new management or people who know how to work. I watch the girl push rice from the line into the rice in the pan and dump that onto the fresh rice. Sanitation needs to be better. This location is definitely the worse location compared to the others close by. They are consistent at being inconsistent.

  Disgusting, dirty, slow, won’t be back. If I hadn’t already paid via the app I would have walked right out. Same the only other time I ordered. 0/2.

  There was a LIVE beetle in my bowl today. I was sick afterward and missed the rest of my workday, all that was done to compensate me was a refund on the bowl. I am extremely horrified by the dirty conditions and astonished by the lack of concern. I filed a formal complaint and am expecting someone from a corporate office to reach out to me before I take this to social media.

  We went in about 1pm. We were in line for about 5 min and then they told us that chicken and steak would be over a 10 min wait. They were cutting up chicken and packaging it for a catering order while about 10 people in line were standing there waiting. 2 people left, then another 2 people, finally we decided to leave as well. Besides that the tables were dirty and the women's bathroom looked like it had poop smeared in the ground and smelled horrible.
