  Sam made our evening. Something was up with their computers so they were cash only and got hit with a big rush at the end of the day when we showed up. He set the tone, super professional and positive making the best of the situation. That's all you can do in those moments and his attitude was leadership in action.

  Haven't been here in quite a while and the serving of chips (that I paid extra for) was tiny and they were chewy.

  I was out of town visiting family and was craving some Chipotle for lunch, this was the closest one nearby so I decided to give it a go and visit. As soon as I walked in every table was dirty and looked like it hasn't been wiped in days. I walk up to order and never once got greeted, the employee just stared at me like I was crazy for coming in to order. Staff was INCREDIBLY rude and the Black male making by bowl acted as if the portions of food were coming out of his paycheck. Didn't once smile, greet anyone, or anything, was just purely rude and looked like he hated his job. The half filled bowl was gross too, please do not come here as the staff hates working here just as much as I hated my visit.

  Dont eat here if you want chicken because they were out. Don't eat here if you want a cold bottle of water because they didnt have any. Don't eat here if you want fesh crispy chips because they were soft and soggy. Don't eat here if you want to sit down at a clean table and you were the only customer in the building at 2:45 pm and not ONE clean table. Don't eat here of you want to throw away your trash after eating at a dirty table because ALL cans were over flowing. Keep in mind I counted 5 employees working. If I were the DM in the area someone would be fired. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY PLACE!!!

  Pretty disappointed today that I placed a mobile order was waiting around by the pick up area at the time for pick up and was not even acknowledged until five minutes later I asked the associate when she would be preparing my order and she then lets me know they don’t have hard taco shells. I say OK use the soft ones and then it takes her another 5 to 6 minutes to even start preparing my order. She was rushing through it put it sloppily together. Offered me a free drink after I paid for one on my order and when I let her know a few different times that I had a limited time for my lunch break, she continue to take forever to pack up the order and then said yes it’s been a day honestly I’m not really one for hearing that when I’ve worked in fast food. It is not my responsibility to take up over half of my lunch break and allow for 25 minutes for an order to be made sloppily in front of me, and then not even paid attention to really annoyed by the entire team acting like they don’t know what they’re doing.
