- ASAmanda SummersApr 25, 20261.0Ordered a meal with a sprite. Has no options on the tropical smoothie app to request a refund on missing items. My sprite was missing so I called the store and the guy who answered the phone got upset when I asked why I would have to come in store to get a refund and accused me of changing my tone. My tone was the same as his. That was very rude and he hung up. It seemed he just did not want to take the time to do the refund and I was a bothersome to call. It was just a principle I paid for item I should receive it. But I guess they can get a couple extra dollars out of me for no item. It’s just lack of human decency and not wanting to provide a service to the customer. It’s not rude to ask a question. Because I do find it troublesome to have to drive up to the store for a refund on a delivery item. It makes it complicated that the tropical smoothie app does not have refund for missing items on their app. I will just use other delivery apps from now on at least they have that feature. And not come to this location again.
- MMMeesha McApr 16, 20264.0Just wish the delivery smoothies were tamper proof a lot better because the delivery drivers can easily open them by taking the easy stick off the hole of the lid and they can also take the lid off easily as well. So maybe protective seal them better or something ? And only once did my salads that ordered every day didn’t have some of the things that were supposed to be in it.

- BSbrayson smithApr 11, 20261.0Seems like an unmanaged location. Unprofessional, no regard for time. Ordered extra chicken and didn’t receive it. Another lady waited in her car for 15 minutes for smoothie that they for got to take out to her. Just terrible.
