The store had just one customer, yet the employees took 5 minutes to take my order with the most laziest tone, and took another 10 minutes to prepare the food. Never seen such a bad customer service at any drive through, even McDonalds and Wendy’s have better service.

When I went to pick it up through the drive through, the line was taking so long and we didn’t even move for like 10 minutes. I parked and went in to get my food since it said it was ready and rapid pickup was not so rapid. When I got my food and looked inside the bag there was two bags of plain chips in place of delicious bread. Who wants chips with their soup and salad on top of having paid an extra dollar for an extra side of bread. When I pointed this out and asked for bread instead, the worker went into the back and was there for several minutes only to return with no bread. They said they were out. Tell me, how does Panera run out of bread? I was deeply disappointed and it make my food far less enjoyable.
