  Awful service, while it was empty - I had to wait more than 25 minutes for fries and drink. Fries actually were raw inside. Honestly - this is the one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been.

  Does not follow instructions I asked for a sesame seed bun and I didn’t get that I asked for the food fresh it’s not I will just stick with my Elizabeth lake store this is horrible

  My wife visited the drive-thru at this location on 5/1/26 at 3:50 PM. The drive thru cashier, Ivan, made an inappropriate comment about her hoodie/body. That’s not acceptable customer service. When I called to address it, the Manager refused to provide their name and hung up. I’ve reported this to management and am hoping it’s handled appropriately. Posting this so others are aware and so the store can improve professionalism.

  They always serve cold stale fries. Have to literally ask for fresh food or a remake. Poor customer service from employee when asked to make food over.

  I go to this store 2x a day for 5 days a week, the drive thru takes anywhere from 5 to 10 min to receive my order and half the time something is wrong with the Oder or the difference is pricing or they order takin wrong. When approach the managers( the two white men, one with tattoo or the one with a beard) treat me like a disease and are very short and this morning very rude when I point out the mistake of my order, will never suggest this store to anyone and let anyone who reads this don’t go there
