  Hands down one of the worst jimmy johns anytime I have to come here. Unfortunately, the location is convenient for us. If this is a franchise, fire whoever the women was taking orders at 10:45am on 6/13 she is rude and asked us 30x “is that it” like we were annoying her life as we were ordering for 6 people. As a business owner myself, I can tell you she is the reason you’re losing money. The guy at the window was nice though.

  Guy that took my order barely spoke english and was talking on the phone the whole time he took my order. Never had this experience at a jimmy johns ever.

  Jimmy John's is no longer freaky fast. I have been sitting in the drive through line... finally at the window and i have so far been here for 20 minutes. I would leave if I had not paid already. Very disappointed. Yes its lunch time but I could do better walking into a restaurant and placing a to go order.

  I think there needs to be a name change of an item. My husband and I always order the giant Hunter's Club. We walk over a mile to pick it up and then walk over a mile home. Half the time we open the bag and it's the Country Club. So disappointing! That is my only complaint. The food is good and I like all the employees. But we are unwilling to walk back to return the wrong order.

  Not enough dressing. Sandwiches are dry. The Woodward location is much better. Fresher bread and proper dressing amount
