I clearly requested the staff to please take our rice/meat from a fresh batch (that hasn’t yet been in contact with spoons that have touched flour tortillas) due to our daughter’s celiac disease. This seemed to confuse the entire staff. They acted like we were requesting something ridiculous and were almost laughing at us and making us feel like a burden. To top that all off, after finally getting the fresh rice, the person placed a flour tortilla next to the rice, defeating the purpose of the entire interaction.
