The meat didn’t even taste warm. When I went inside to complain, the line was so long they told me to contact Chipotle.. which I did.
- MCManuel CamposAug 24, 20261.0They are always out of the most basic items, chicken honey chicken hard shells, lettuce queso I have waited in line for 15 minutes just to get up to the front to say they are out and it will be 15 minutes before they can even make it no warning nothing letting you know that they’re out of something. The staff Has horrible attitudes never thinking ahead they’ll be out of beans than not say anything to the customer or a person to make more beans. Then just look at you with a blank stare like you’re bothering them or something. Surprising the place is even in business seriously don’t go here. And don’t ever order ahead I literally got a taco with just chicken. Apparently they didn’t have the ingredients still charged me though.

No sign was up and it was the first time asking about the bathroom. When i asked to speak to a manager(which i never do) he snapped again saying "he thinks i yelled at him and wants to talk to a manager!" Extremely unprofessional and almost ruined my whole lunch. I know working in service is tricky and not for everyone, maybe some people should find other work.

The workers didn't care. This is one of the few bad reviews ive done. 9 out of 10 are good so you know there was a problem if I write a bad one.

He was upset that the clearly young ladies some how messed up the register. He turned around and was putting his hand in the trash with his gloves then going back to putting Togo orders together. Then started cursing and being extremely unprofessional. Not once did we hear a sorry or hold on there’s something going on or anything. Extremely disappointed in who ever that lead was. We were here 7.30.26 around 7:15pm.
