  Ordered from this place yesterday tried the smokehouse brisket bagel. It wasn't bad, but there was no brisket on it and it was cold

  This place is on the mail avenue; it’s a bit hidden so you have to pay attention. The staff is average. They do have a large selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches; but the main concern is that this place is extremely expensive for what it is. The bagels are somewhat of a decent size, but a bagel-egg sandwich and a simple coffee should not be $12. They didn’t take too long in preparing it; so that’s a point in their favor. But the place is dark, minimal seating space and very narrow. It does not look inviting at all for dinning in. Biggest annoyance is also that they have a Q Code for a survey about your experience. They use a very “dumb” AI that goes on and on a tangent about questions. It says that you’re supposed to get a five dollar discount for your next visit; which I really wasn’t planning on going back… But I thought well “maybe if I get five dollars I could try them again and give them a chance”. Well, I never got the five dollars coupon after completing the survey. It’s a scam. I complained to the bot and it said it would escalate it and someone would call me this never happened. Be honest to your customers! Also, the bagels lack color! They are so pale!

  Much better than the bagel shop at long lake and tele. And tastes better too!!!

  I really had a great experience here i have been to multiple locations around the world but something about the experience I had with shelbee she is amazing customer service is excellent went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled properly even made my kids day 🙌 I recommend if your are having a bad day and need a great bagel with your coffee visit this location 10 out of 10 clean staff was amazing I am truly impressed and I wanna thank Ms shelbee for such a wonderful experience! I will be back !

  I absolutely love this place for their cinnamon sugar bagels and I’ve been getting them forever but today I got two delivered and neither of them are right. They barely have any cinnamon sugar on them, they’re yellow and have no hole and frankly I’m really disappointed. I put an image below but I’m just really irritated because I love this place but not today.
