    update: I was reached out to by the facility after my first attempt I was told an app order to make a complaint in the app and McDonald’s corporate sending an E-mail to go through the franchisee. Updating my star rating to reflect a more satisfactory ending to the story. As this is usually a good McDonald's to get food from Original: I stop at this facility usually once or twice a week on the way to work. This most recent time was a bad experience all around. The drive through is split into two lanes. They were ignoring my lane when I got to the window. After the 4th car getting they order taken from the other lane I had to just pull forward as thy started on the 5th order. The lady working the drive thru is always pleasant and apologized but offered no explanation or excuse, but I didn't push the issue either, just thanked her for taking my order and moved on. Figured a few minute delay was no big deal…. My receipt taped to the bag was correct but I was missing a sandwich and the orange juice was clearly watered down or almost out of concentrate in the machine. Attempt to file a complaint but seems like the franchisee and corporate want to point to the other as the one to fix the issue. Obviously one customer is not going to break them, but losing a weekly (or more) customer over a $4 sandwich just seems foolish.

    Just traveling though ordered breakfast food was delicious and got coffee . Employees was friendly and service was fast . Thank you
