  1st time at the Birmingham location and it will be the last. We frequent the Livonia location and it's always a great experience. We arrived at the Birmingham location and were the only customers the entire time. We each ordered the filet. My husband asked for medium well and got medium rare. I asked for medium and got rare. It was red and cold in the middle. We sent them back. They brought us 2 more. Both still under cooked. The waiter asked how I could tell and I touched it with my fork. He looked at me like I was stupid. He asked me to cut into it so I did. Red and warm in the middle, so, medium rare. Sent it back again. He brought back the same steak I cut into with my knife and fork that I had been eating with. Wow! I hope the chef put that steak in a pan and then put it in the dishwasher! Disgusting! We also noticed the chef putting food in his mouth and then turned around to cook our food while chewing. Also Disgusting! Very unprofessional. The pave potatoes were bland and just okay. The brussel sprouts with bacon tasted great but we were both burping them up for several hours after. We threw the left overs in the trash. We ordered carrot cake for dessert and were expecting a nice wedge. We got a piece of sheet cake. Very poor presentation. It wasn't very good. We've had better from a grocery store. $17 for that?! We didn't say anything about the cake to the waiter. The waiter never said anything to us, but he comped the cake. It's a good thing. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal/experience. Don't know how they stay in business. Even the waiter said they are rarely busy. Oh! And on the way in, we walked by a kitchen worker who was standing in front of the restaurant smoking. Don't they have a back door he could go out?

  Fleming’s made our first anniversary so special. Our waiter Marcus was phenomenal. Staff went above and beyond to make it truly feel like a celebration. I was given a rose upon entering, our table was decorated nicely, we received a complimentary glass of champagne and dessert, and they even took and printed out a beautiful photo of us that we can cherish forever. Highly recommend this restaurant for any celebration.

  We chose this restaurant for an early Father’s Day dinner to celebrate my dad, and the experience was exceptional. From the warm hospitality to the elegant atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully executed. I asked for a happy Father’s Day message, upon arrival our table was fully decorated for Father’s Day. A special thank you to Jeremy, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevated the evening from the moment we arrived. His gracious hospitality helped make my father feel truly celebrated. The cuisine was outstanding, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. For anyone seeking refined dining, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. We look forward to returning.
