  *All of the drive in stalls are non functional.* Signs on all of them. This location is drive thru and pick up only. & I was not aware that you cannot just go in and pick up your order, and they were very obviously annoyed that I didn't know that. The signage versus the app is a little conflicting. They do have stalls labeled "mobile pick up" that are numbered to plug in to the app when you arrive. However, the app does not give you any sort of progress on the order nor does it confirm that someone will actually bring it out to you. It just gives you a pick up time. Once it got about 10 mins past that estimated time, I just assumed I was supposed to go grab it. If the normally serviced stalls (at every other sonic) aren't in use, why would I assume there's someone available to run food out? Simple mistake, obviously. There was just a lot of attitude for a misunderstanding. I wasn't the only customer confused either, as there were more people standing outside the door who agreed with me, things are a bit confusing here. All that to say, the food was mid, missing all of our ketchup that was requested, and room temp at best. Save your money and go to Culvers or A & W.

  Great way to start our vacation! The most miserable workers! Horrible customer service only gave us half our order and basically through the rest out the window and never said a word. Tots taste terrible and pop was only carbon water. Very disappointing.

  Fruity refresher drinks were terrible. 90% water, mixed with somebody's leftover soda. When we took them back saying they had no flavor (we couldn't even tell which was which), staff stated that that's just how they are, especially if you get a Small. The week before, my friend got a Medium/Large and it was also almost flavorless. We got full refunds and went elsewhere.

  I waited for 25 mims for my food after ordering it, has to get out and go in to see the status of my food to be greeted very rudely and then the burger was sooo small, I got a double cheese burger and it was smaller than a single burger at McDonald's or burger king and there was no flavor at all

  We came here excited to try the food and we’re not even close to impressed. My kid ordered chicken and fries and got hardly any and what he did get were little fry nibs. It also came with a random mozzarella stick that was smashed. The burgers looked so processed and not crispy or smashed as advertised. They forgot many parts of the order and I kept having to go to the door that was locked to ask for help. All the headsets were down. The ice cream also tasted like just whip cream. Wasn’t cold and very airy. So disappointed and such a waste of money.
