  Ordered a chocolate shake, came out very vanilla. Asked to get more chocolate in it because I don't like vanilla. Worker was very rude, other worker came to tell me they were going to charge me for the extra chocolate but the shake never had chocolate in it according to the taste. I said I wasn't going to pay for something that should have come out as chocolate in the first place. Asked for a manager, she was rude as well. Do not recommend. Bad service, rude workers

  I used to enjoy getting a Blizzard at the BR store. Tonight I got a med Blizzard , ate 1/4 of it and the added cookie dough was gone. I emptied the cup into a Bowl and discovered there was none in the bottom 3/4 of the cup. Last time we take the family. Too expensive to just get a cup of soft serve ice cream.

  Tristan smith. Aka the best worker, he is an exceptional young man that is great at his job. He went way out of his way just to ask how my day was. Please give this man a raise, and never fire him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Extremely rude and unhygenic service. No gloves were worn while making my food and I was given an incredibly rude response by the manager when I requested for workers to wear gloves when making my food. No hand washing was done prior to handling food. If I could give less than 1 star I would, because this dairy queen was exceptionally disgusting. All rude workers except for one girl.

  Zero stars!!! Unfortunately, we will not be returning to the Birch Run DQ. We have given them multiple opportunities to redeem the quality of their product and they continue to produce a less than satisfactory Blizzard. How do you mess up a Blizzard??? Basically by serving soft serve ice cream in a cup with no candy after ordering extra candy. The sizes were wrong. We had to remind them for our pup cup. It is very disaappointing to spend money on a dessert that they are famous for and it is not made. It just shouldn't be this difficult to prepare tasty ice cream treats. I will say, the Clio DQ doesn't disappoint so that is where we will go on our special treat date nights going forward.
