  Took about 10 minutes for them to clear a table off for us and the guy was not friendly about it at all, everybody seemed super stressed out that works there which was also stressful for us and others visiting. Our waitress was great, the only problem I had they waited until we were completely done eating all of our food to give us our second appetizer which we had to get a box for. The food was okay, I'm just upset that they got over on us not giving us the appetizer.

  We came to Birch Run for the weekend from Canada and decided on BWW for dinner. We had the pleasure of having James as our server and he was absolutely amazing, very attentive, refilled drinks without us asking, brought extra napkins without us asking and checked in on us several times even though the dining room was super busy.... We found out at the end of our meal that today was only his 2nd day! We never would have guessed he was new because he handled all of his customers with the same care he gave us and never once looked stressed. His mood never dampened under the pressure. BWW you are lucky to have him as your customers will love his attention to detail. Goodluck James! We hope to see you at BWW the next time we are in town.

  The only part of our meal that was good was an appetizer dip. My husband's Beer cheese steak sandwich. It was dried out so bad it looked frazzled the poor thing. The tater tots were mushy and the bacon on the burger had a funny taste. Never ever going back and our bill was 50.00 plus 10.00 I left for the waitress who never came back.

  Walking in, the host stood right in front of us, creating an awkward moment as we all just stared at each other—he didn’t acknowledge us, and we didn’t realize he was the host until we finally asked if we could be seated. He casually replied, “oh yeah,” and led us to a dirty table. Our server was polite and did her best, but unfortunately the overall experience fell short. There were several issues, including a delayed beer due to a keg change, no plates provided when our appetizer arrived, and one of our meals being dropped in the kitchen—resulting in one guest waiting while the rest of us ate. Overall, we were very disappointed with both the food and the customer service. We will not be returning to this location.

  Went to Buffalo Wild Wings today around noon and they were packed. Our server Alexis didn't let that interfere with her great service. She was very attentive, quick, and had a system going for herself, and it worked out great. As soon as we sat down, she also was sat 4 other tables. She handled it all very well and quickly. She was definitely on top of her game. Refills were filled, food was quick, and not one thing was wrong on our plates! Very impressed! She definitely works well under pressure and you can just tell she is a strong server and knows exactly what she's doing. My boyfriend and I will be back! Go see Alexis!
