  Place has bad odor, ice machine doesn't work. Drinks are warm. My least favorite jj.

  Walked in not greeted. Go to the counter. My receipt says Aero was my order taker. The young man was MUTE. I greeted him since he decided he does not have people skills he didn’t respond. I tell him my order still doesn’t respond. Gives me my sandwich without napkins so another employee tells me where they are at. So the young man still says nothing. He has absolutely no customer service skills and makes people feel unwelcome in this restaurant. I asked for no mayo. I think they left off the oil and vinegar as well. Also they had the music so loud. After reading other people’s reviews I’d definitely have a meeting with your employees before you start loosing business.

  Visited this location on lunch. The cashier did not acknowledge that he was ready for my order and just pointed to the wall. As I went to grab the food that was prepared for me, there was one bag. As I checked the name the lady said "it's the only one there .." as if annoyed. I wasn't sure if it was still being made or what. Thankfully this is my last time in the area and last time coming here.

  1.5 hours to get my food, and it had been clearly sitting. Even after I called, they admitted to forgetting to send it out, and I had asked them to remake.
