  The wife ordered the new Mc Arch it was Luke warm, teaspoon of shedded lettuce. One piece of cheese cut in half. So very disappointment. My double cheese burger was ok. But we won't be back. It been a year to date so maybe another year.iit is a bummer. The young man at the first window was awesome. 2nd window she was a cocky brat

  Big Rapids McDonald's The real corporate experience. This one exemplifies everything from the fast food giant that I as a customer don't welcome. Entry on S side but 1 or no parking spots on that side. Found myself hungry so I parked on the N side to go inside to order. I tried to order a 99 cent L coffee from the app and was forced a QR code, I navigated back to the app and chose two items from main menu, when I tried to navigate back to the app I saw a 10 minute timer which I didn't have time to wait for. Because they only allow corporate-think here, even the boss wouldn't sell me the 99 cent coffee?? I took my $3 worth of sausage biscuits and left. On the way out, I passed a young employee who wasn't thrilled I was encroaching on her work environment. My wife and sister worked there, but it's probably the last time I go in.

  This McDonald's is a joke. Waited 10 minutes for a sausage biscuit that I never even got because I ran out of time to wait. Their times look good to corporate because they print out your ticket before it even gets started. Must be nice to lie to the corporation you work for and still look good

  I was super hungry but didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I told the worker that I needed help and Nick stepped in. He recommended the big mac meal and I loved it. He definitely is the best worker overall and I believe he deserves a higher position.
