  I have never been to Dunkin’ before until now, and I had a wonderful experience! Austin has at the counter and was very helpful and kind when giving me great recommendations!! I got the Strawberry Dragonfruit with green tea and it was AMAZING!! They are a new store and getting there bearings in order, but that doesn’t stop their wonderful customer service! I’m definitely coming back!!

  I'm not one to write reviews but Austin made that impossible. He really cares about the people and knows how to make a great experience come to life. The few times my family and I have went have been amazing. We will continue to shop here just for the experience alone. Very nice guy!

  Today, I had the most wonderful experience at Dunkin'. The gentleman who served me and my two girls were exquisite in customer service. I was on a very tight budget, and they did everything they could to accommodate us. And they did so with a smile and overwhelming kindness. I am excited to see this business grow and flourish. Walmart is very blessed to have a Dunkin' within their establishment. This was one of the best coffee orders I have gotten in a while. 10 out of 5 stars.

  My review will change as this is a new establishment. For the most part the staff are very friendly. They try to do their best with what they have available to them. I witnessed today a lady getting angry because the employee had to use packeted sugar to make the woman’s coffee versus out of the actual sugar machine. Needless to say the woman was making the person making her coffee feel humiliated. I get that it doesn’t taste the same as from the sugar machine to a packet but that’s all they had for the moment. The woman demanded their money back because it was not what she asked for. I then got My coffee which was exactly what I always ordered and was great. My son was also pleased with his drink as well. These guys just need to get going and need a little patience. From what I hear donut gods should be gracing BR Dunkin with donuts as soon as they get the okay from corporate! Hang in there Dunkin staff you’re doing great! Sincerely a greatful Massachusetts native! 😉

  I'm so happy Dunkin came back to town!! The employees here are so sweet and they make my chai latte perfect literally every time I go. The only thing I'm marking them down on is I wish they had doughnuts, but the manager said they're in the process of making that happen, so fingers crossed it's soon! Also, for anyone who can't find it (it's on maps lol?), it's located inside Walmart if you go through the grocery doors and then take a right.
