  ATTN CORPORATE: WHEN BUDGET CUTS COME CLOSE THIS STORE. Disgusting food. Couldn’t even eat it but at least the dog could. Everything was old and cold. The potato cakes taste as if they had been redialed to make hot then got cold again. I turned them back in when I had to ask for sauce. I didn’t want a replacement. Got home and the roast beef was cold. Like cold cold we felt through it found a few spots above room temp but gave it to the dog.

  Ordered a Greek gyro and sm Jamocha shake. They asked about Horsey sauce and I asked for four. Here's my downfall...I tried to pay with a $50. Then I was shortchanged by $10 and, after driving away with only my shake (my bad), I returned for the sandwich, and was shoveled the bag...when I finally got to the sandwich, no sauce, or napkin. Obviously, its hard to get good help but at increasing prices, services need to at least be acceptable. Love Arby's!! but Big Rapids location is now a no-go for me.

  My app order took much longer than what the app said. By the time they got around to making my shake, my food was cold.

  I love arbys it has been my top pregnancy craving but I have to say I was very disappointed when I ordered a double beef and cheddar sub turkey and it was the exact same size as a regular😢
