- AAAsiaMay 3, 20261.0Very disappointing experience today. I placed a mobile order, and my sandwich was made incorrectly (missing items and not toasted). When I came back less than an hour later, the manager, Jasmine, was rude, argumentative, and refused to remake it—even after saying she would. I waited over 15 minutes just to be told no. She also wouldn’t help me get a refund and ended up calling the police for no reason. Poor customer service and no accountability.
- DLDorian LApr 29, 20261.0Should have read the reviews before ordering at this location. Bread was hard, meaning its was stale before toasted. My sandwich didn't have any extra meat or vinegar and oil like I ordered. To top it off their ice was dirty leaving floating debris in my drink.

The employee said that there was a limit on vegetables, although there was no sign anywhere stating that. She said absolutely not and She was not nice, not helpful and not willing to even smile. This place keeps on having signs saying under new management and you can see why. The service here is going downhill and today was the worst I have ever experienced! Stop coming to this subway! The workers here are awful. Go to another subway!

Their customer service is nasty and the two women behind the counter is RUDE! I’ve been here twice thinking things would change but it hasn’t! Please do not stop at this location those women have nasty attitudes! And I work across the street and my co workers complain all the time!!! Wish it was different people working at this location!
