  They should not have drive thru. Line not moving for 15 min. Open one of the parking spots next to it so customers have the option to leave line.

  Pulled up to the Berkley location at 9:47 PM and the drive-thru was blocked with cones, even though the open sign was on and the posted hours say open until 10 PM. We parked and walked up to the door and were told they were closed. When we pointed out the hours, an employee told us to use the drive-thru which was impossible because it was blocked. Multiple employees repeated they were closed even though we arrived 12–13 minutes before closing and asked if they were open until 10. Another car also pulled up and couldn’t order. We drove 15 minutes for ice cream only to be turned away well before closing. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. Go elsewhere!

  Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, had an order confirmation number and went to pickup at the scheduled time and they didn’t have any record of my order. Worst DQ ever

  This DQ gets my order wrong every time. My last 2 deliveries were wrong, the misty feeeze I ordered was just a slush with no ice cream. Time before that we got someone else’s order. We asked for 3 things off the menu that they said they couldn’t make with no explanation. I wouldn’t go here if there was another one closer. The owner really needs to do somthing about how bad this location is, just read the reviews…..

  Got my order wrong then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t and would not remake my order. Was forced to get a refund. Also service was slow, customer service was terrible. Will never ever go here again
