If I could rate less stars I would. Every time I have gone there they have messed up my meal. Today I waited in line for 25 minutes in the drive-thru, they were taking two orders at a time with 5 minutes in between each set. After I head waited 25 minutes toward the end of the line, they took two cars that had just pulled in the parking lot before me. I took off and ordered pizza from up the road. The mismanagement of this place is extraordinary! I don't know how this one stays open other than there is nothing else in the area. Do yourself a favor and get a pizza from up the road or better yet, go into a local restaurant.

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled up. 26 minutes later, with 2 cars still ahead, we decided to go inside for service. After standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes the man that keep glancing over, rolled his eyes and said, "if you want food go order it on the kiosk." I smiled and thanked him for letting me know. After ordering, the receipt did not print and I went back to the counter for a receipt. Several minutes went by and the same man kept shaking his head at me that I was standing at the counter again. Eventually, my food was slammed down in front of me with an empty cup. I ordered an unsweetened tea and tried to get his attention but he snapped his head around and stormed off. After a few minutes I told him I needed a tea and there was none in the lobby. I also said I would like a cup of ice and he yelled, "no, only one cup." I told him I was willing to pay for it and I just could not find a button for it on the kiosk. He then yelled again that I could go buy it on the kiosk if I wanted and it was $2.11. I simply replied, "wow." Then the full on rant began of him yelling across the entire store. I softly asked a younger employee that walked by with his head tucked down, can I talk to a manager? He replied, "that is the store manager." As he quickly walked by with a look of fear in his eyes. I then decided it was not even worth it, and left the store never to return. I just hope this prevents even one person from entering this establishment and not having to experience the true disrespect we experienced. If you have another option, chose it.

Sat down, had a pleasant meal except for one manager. While ordering he fired an employee loudly and aggressively for doing the dishes (doing their job). He was constantly screaming at employees to work faster while not being on the line himself. Screamed and got into loud verbal confrontations with other customers. Could hear him screaming at the kitchen staff the time we’ve been eating there. After the meal, we asked for his name - his name is Lucas and we’d really appreciate the ability to report him to corporate.

We went through the drive-thru, and they forgot one of our burgers. When we got home, we called them back to let them know, and the worker immediately said, “No, we put it in your bag.” We told him no, they didn’t, and that we could bring back our food and receipt to show proof.
He then said it wasn’t their fault because our order was “really confusing.” My sister told him that wasn’t our fault, and he rudely cut her off and said, “Yes it is.” He then told us to come back within an hour and a half or we weren’t going to get the burger.
So me and my sister drove back there, went through the line again, and when they gave us the burger, they made it wrong again. The manager then said they were not going to remake it. My sister asked if she could just buy a new one, and he told us to “go back around like everybody else” and order a new one.
That’s exactly what we did. But when we got back to the speaker, he told us that because of our “behavior,” they would not be serving us. We were both shocked because we had done exactly what he told us to do.
He then said they had minors in the building who did not feel safe with us. We are two girls, both 18 years old. We never raised our voices, never cussed, and were respectful the entire time. We both have even worked at this exact McDonald’s before, and we still work in food service now, so we understand how things work.
We simply followed his rules and what he asked us to do, and in return we were treated disrespectfully and denied service for no reason. Very disappointing and unprofessional management.

We went through the drive thru this morning. Typical wait to order message, no flags yet. 5 minutes later, and watching 2 cars from the other lane pull forward, I called to the speaker asking what is happening? We were told that one of the grills went down, and it will be 15 minutes. Told them, that’s ok, we will pull around and come inside to order. Still no big deal, things break. This is where it gets bad. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, not one person acknowledges us, but they hand out 3 other orders around us. We were finally able to snag one worker who was delivering outside to waiting cars. She says “You have to use the kiosk to order”. Our reply was “we would if they were working”, which they were not. She then walked outside to deliver the food. When she came back in, she didn’t say a word, walked past us, around the counter to the back to talk to someone, assuming it was the Manager. He then yells from the back towards us, “We are not taking any orders for 30 minutes!” Very rude, and unprofessional to not even come out to address us or issue any apologies. Will definitely think twice (probably 5 times) before we return to this McDonald’s. I would hope to hear from someone about this, or maybe this should be sent to the corporate offices. Left hungry and had donuts from the gas station for breakfast.
