  We ordered catering from Jimmy John’s, and the experience was very frustrating. It took nearly 40 minutes just to place an order for a catering platter for 20 people the day before. I had to speak with two different people at the store, and there were issues processing the payment, which added to the hassle. I tried to be patient, but it was a lot more difficult than it should have been. We received the food the following day, and while the sandwiches themselves were good, there were several problems with the order. They forgot to include the condiments, and despite specifically requesting no mayonnaise, the sandwiches still had it on them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The process took far too long, and there were multiple mistakes with the order. I wish I had gone somewhere else, and I would recommend others consider other options for catering.

  Freaky Slow- I’ve come through multiple times through 2026 as this location is fairly close to my work. Each time, I’ve placed a mobile order prior to leaving work, arrive to the drive thru about 5-10 minutes later, and still sit in line waiting for 15-20 minutes. Sandwich is usually soggy enough to avoid coming back for a couple weeks until I think “maybe today they will be moving at a normal pace”. I suggest people making the drive to go to the location in downtown St Joe.

  EMPOLOYEES WERE GREAT!!! 😊 I came here to get my husband a meal yesterday and asked about a $50 bill; they don’t take them but the kid was kind and I found money I didn’t remember I had 😆 My days have been long and I’m tired; he was knowledgeable about the different sandwiches and made recommendations. He was patient when I was indecisive, had a smile on his face at the window, and the lady helping him was amazing too! She was super kind, encouraging to me, and just all around spreading positivity. I needed this experience! Thankyou both for being kind, and yes, my husband enjoyed his kickin’ chicken wrap with spicy chips 😆

  Slow service. Need more lunchtime help
