It took nearly 40 minutes just to place an order for a catering platter for 20 people the day before. I had to speak with two different people at the store, and there were issues processing the payment, which added to the hassle. I tried to be patient, but it was a lot more difficult than it should have been. We received the food the following day, and while the sandwiches themselves were good, there were several problems with the order. They forgot to include the condiments, and despite specifically requesting no mayonnaise, the sandwiches still had it on them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The process took far too long, and there were multiple mistakes with the order. I wish I had gone somewhere else, and I would recommend others consider other options for catering.
